To enhance local affordability. To foster inclusive communities.

Welcome

This online training consists of two self-paced online modules. The first module, Core Concepts, reviews core concepts of housing affordability, including how to define affordable housing, why the market does not produce enough housing people can afford, and what localities can do to begin to address this critical issue. The second module, Developing a Strategy, provides a more detailed overview of how localities can develop a comprehensive local housing strategy to achieve their housing goals.
