Rochester, NY Rochester is part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2022 Peer Cities Network. The Network meets regularly with peers in small and midsize cities for shared learning and problem-solving and serves to support city leaders as they design policies that address pressing housing challenges while advancing racial and health equity.
