Pittsburgh was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows that nearly half of housing units were built prior to 1940 and nearly one-third were built between 1940 and 1969.
