Missoula is part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2022 Peer Cities Network. The Network meets regularly with peers in small and midsize cities for shared learning and problem-solving and serves to support city leaders as they design policies that address pressing housing challenges while advancing racial and health equity.

This Housing Strategy Profile features Missoula, MT’s first comprehensive city-wide housing plan which focuses on four main policy areas (“Policy Action Areas”) to encourage production, preservation, and access to affordable housing.
