Jackson was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows that renter households in Jackson earning less than $20,000 had the highest incidence of cost burden in 2020.
