Pawtucket and Central Falls are part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2022 Peer Cities Network. The Network meets regularly with peers in small and midsize cities for shared learning and problem-solving and serves to support city leaders as they design policies that address pressing housing challenges while advancing racial and health equity.
Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows that Central Falls had a white homeownership rate of 27.5 percent and a black homeownership rate of 23.7 percent, both substantially below statewide and national averages.
