With support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, Detroit was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s Large City Peer Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from 10 cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows that the share of vacant rental units in Detroit decreased by nearly half between 2015-2020.
