Cleveland was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows that over half of Cleveland’s housing stock was constructed before 1940 and nearly one-third was built between 1940 and 1969.
