Boulder, CO Aerial View Boulder was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

lhs-case-study This case study details how the Boulder County Regional Housing Partnership led the development of a new regional housing plan and how the participating jurisdictions worked together to achieve shared goals.

LHS Video Clay Fong, the community relations manager for Boulder’s Office of Human Rights, was a panelist for our Reckoning with the History of Housing Segregation virtual event, a discussion on how to advance equity in local housing planning.

Analyze IconOur Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows the increase in the share of Portland renter households earning $35,000-$50,000 and $50,000-$75,000 that are rent burdened from 2015 to 2020, despite a decrease in the overall share of rent burdened households.
