Boulder was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.
This case study details how the Boulder County Regional Housing Partnership led the development of a new regional housing plan and how the participating jurisdictions worked together to achieve shared goals.
Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows the increase in the share of Portland renter households earning $35,000-$50,000 and $50,000-$75,000 that are rent burdened from 2015 to 2020, despite a decrease in the overall share of rent burdened households.
