Boulder was a part of the Housing Solutions Lab’s 2020-2021 Peer Cities Network. The Network brought housing officials and leaders from seven cities together to share information about how they were responding to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and associated housing challenges.

Our Housing Needs Assessment Tool shows the increase in the share of Portland renter households earning $35,000-$50,000 and $50,000-$75,000 that are rent burdened from 2015 to 2020, despite a decrease in the overall share of rent burdened households.
