The course should be taken after the Core Concepts training or by someone who already has general knowledge of affordable housing concepts, such as why housing is unaffordable and how affordable housing is created and financed.

At the end of this training, you will be better equipped to start developing a comprehensive and balanced local housing strategy with policies that address local housing needs.
